We've been using our Sans Water Purifier for just over six months now. We love the taste of the water and the unit fits under our cabinets in a way that does not get in the way. It looks great too. We love the glass water pitcher and actually bought a second to leave in the fridge.

We did have an issue with our unit after 5 months and had to reach out to Sans support. They were quick to respond and helped get us back to making pure water. Briefly going back to tap water made us appreciate our Sans Water Purifier even more!

This a great product, every day for the past two months my wife and I have used it religiously, multiple times a day, for cooking and drinking water. No RO filter will be considered fast but it produces beautiful, clean water— a process that takes time no matter what. It’s still surprisingly quick for a machine like this and you get used to it, and even then its faster than a gravity style filter. I had one slight issue that the wonderfully helpful and delightful Kim from the company very kindly helped me with troubleshooting. It really spoke volumes to me the level of care and warmth she provided when she reached out to me, because after my issue I hastily left a 1 star review in initial annoyance, and I was

taken aback that she still offered such terrific customer service. Customer service that was so above and beyond, service that I have not experienced in many years, especially despite my shortcomings of being reactive in the situation and my negative review— she was there for me, graciously.

If you are like my wife, someone that loves to clean but is not the most detail/mechanical oriented and you find your purifier is not auto filling or auto stopping, there’s a good chance you removed the lid from the pitcher and reinstalled it backwards. It has a sensor in the lid and this must face the proper direction, opposite the handle. Makes a huge difference in the water taste ( for the better). Previously I had a hard time drinking plain water, now it tastes better that I want to drink it. I also feel safer knowing all the bad particles water can potentially contain. I would also like to praise the customer service department. I had a issue with the machine and emailed customer service. They were very patient with me, responded fast- like same day fast, showed step by step ways to try to fix the issue, and were nothing but very professional and helped us with the issue (much faster than I anticipated).
