Our sans air filter has been amazing. I would reccomend it to anyone. The replacement filters feel overbuilt and heavy with a lot of solid plastic. As a company are you working on a plan to recycle them? Could they be made with less plastic if the only option is for them to end up in a landfill? Again love the product and what it does for my health. Looking forward to hearing about the sustainability plan.

We live in New Mexico with three dogs, two in particular who like to roll in the dirt before they come inside, so I didn’t expect to actually never have to dust again but it’s made a noticeable difference in our house so far. I think they’ll also be really helpful for us during fire season and an additional perk that hadn’t crossed my mind when deciding to try these is that they clear up skunk smell pretty quickly too. It’s that time of year when they are starting to come out and stink up the neighborhood at night, so I’ll be purchasing a third one because the two air filters I have in my room from other brands hardly do anything for it.

I do also have to mention though that when we first got them the large one had a bit of a burning smell for a couple days. I reached out to customer service after checking to make sure it wasn’t the motor to ask if this was common or should be expected every time we change the filter and never heard back. Fortunately it didn’t last but makes me a bit wary of being able to get ahold of someone if there is a more serious issue.

Unfortunately my Sans Air purifier- full size one did not arrive , but the mini did of my bundle - lost in transit .

But Sans sent another more or less straight away

Both were extremely easy to set up , just remove bag around filter and plug in - note the plug for mini is inside the fan for transit

So far , appears to be working, no real issue with high numbers on both .

I hope they work because I am having large demolition work near me for over 9 months . It’s the main reason I purchased them
