So far I am loving my water purifier, my kids are loving it as well. Set up was very easy, I bought an extra pitcher because my kids like the water cold so I keep one in the fridge and then have the other for myself because I prefer my water to be room temperature. We tried the hot water feature for tea and it was HOT! It worked great! It fills quickly which is a plus and it’s very easy to clean. It’s not so huge that it takes up too much room, it works very well in the space on my counter. All in all so far I am very pleased, it tastes great! Crisp and clean, better than bottled water, better than Britta water. I’m very glad I took a chance on this machine. Thank you!

My family and I have been using the Sans water purifier system now for a week after waiting months for the purifier to come back into stock. We do really love how it provides clean water. The only thing I was not aware of was the wastewater it creates that you have to dump out before refilling the water tank in the back. I wasn't aware that water would have to be thrown out during the process, or how much that it would amount to. That is the only downside and I suppose a small sacrifice for having clean water.

Setup was pretty easy, even though the large sheet of minimal instructions that was provided in the box left some questions, I was able to easily look on YouTube for a video on providing some clarity.

Overall, I would recommend this product.
