Love the quality of this pitcher made of glass.

I ordered the Sans water purifier as well as a couple air purifiers. The first water purifier had a leak and customer service was very eager to identify the source of the issue. When it turned out to be a bigger issue, they quickly sent me a replacement machine that works perfectly. It is extremely simple to use, gives us peace of mind that the water we're drinking is clean, and looks great in the kitchen.

I love my sans, and I love the fact that I can rotate the pitcher and keep one in the refrigerator at all times. I just wish that the pitcher were larger however in order to accommodate a countertop space I completely understand why they are the size they are.

Surprisingly, I really like this countertop water filter. It's very easy to use, easy to clean, and it 'makes' filtered water fast! I would say the only two things that are a little problematic are the size and the cost of the replacement filters but I knew about both of those things when I bought it. Although I've only had this filter a short time, so far I really like it! We'll see about the long term.

Glad that I got this water filter/purifier system. Now we can drink safer water and not be adding to the plastic environment problem. Actually, the water from this even tastes better than most of the bottled waters on the market.

We love our Sans water filter. Very pleased with customer service for the replacement. This new one seems to be working. There is a small gasket that keeps coming off when we empty the reserve and replace with new. Can you please send a new filter gasket???
