I'd be the first to recommend this product to those looking for an on the counter water filtration system. I've had it approximately 11 months at this point and have had absolutely no complaints with the machine. It looks sleek, the water tastes fantastic, have had consistently low TDS throughout this 11-month period without exchanging the filters utilizing it daily, and the heated water feature is very convenient. The machine filters water rapidly, and the auto-fill function is fantastic. My only issue with the actual machine is the small water tank capacity, however, that's just a small inconvenience.
However, be weary that Sans has supply chain hiccups due to their reported 'high demand products' as with each order I've placed has had delays in receiving products due to this. For example, their website when purchasing it in February of 2024 promised next day shipping, but due to 'high demand', it took approximately 2-3 weeks after ordering prior to it shipping. Buying replacement filters is resulting in a similar experience without notification of issues with product availability requiring communication with the company to garner clarification on shipping time. The company is responsive, however, doesn't offer more than sincere apologies for delays. If that isn't a setback to a buyer, I'd recommend this product.

I can really notice the difference. My glass tea kettle doesn’t have any sediment in it since I have been using the Sans water. I used to have to clean my tea kettle every 4 to 5 days. Love it thanks.

This water purifier has really saved me from ordering bottled water. It’s very convenient and love the hot water feature! Wish it came with more than 1 glass pitcher but other than, love it! Even purchased another one for my second home!
