So far I am loving this machine. We have a water softener and city water and haven’t been able to drink our water. This system cleans and purifies the water to make it crystal clear and tastes as fresh as spring water!!

I’m very happy with the product, especially the instant hot water dispenser.

RO unit is well designed, produces pristine water & when I could finally figure out how to operate & use it, is very quick to “reload” & quick to produce purified water.

All purchasers should be automatically given the available instructional videos - they weren’t sent until I contacted Sans for help.

I owned water distillers,!the Zero water filter, the Britas. None of them compare to the Sans filter. We’ve had the filter a couple of weeks now and just love it. My wife and I are drinking more water now than ever before.

The water tastes amazing. I fill glass bottles with the water and keep them in my fridge. I set out to eliminate the need to buy water for drinking and this system does the trick. The water in my home is very hard and has a chlorine smell. As a result I've decided to purchase a whole house system to take care of all water.
