The water tastes great!
Sans has good customer service, and continues to improve their product. Our first one has to be replaced after less than 3 months, because it stopped working. The refill container of the second one is so much easier to remove for refills than the first one. Drinking purified water is very important for anyone, especially in our household, we have elderly and breast feeding mother.
We've had our Sans Water Purifier for about a month now. We replaced another built in reverse osmosis system that was here when we bought the house. It was very large, taking up most of the space under the sink, and was much more expensive to maintain.
The Sans unit, is compact, fast, effective, and surprisingly quiet during operation.

The bleach smell of my city water could literally knock you out … crazy to know you are drinking that and so many other chemicals. The Sans water filter was an investment but well worth it. My city water is back to tasting like my previous well water. Won’t ever be without it if I’m not on a well.
Great product at the right price, coming from clean bottle spring water to this you can taste the difference! No more plastic.
I love my SANS water filtration system. My only critique is I wish it had an auto sensor to shut off when the picture is full. I’m happy that I’m reducing waste and harmful chemicals. Highly recommend this system.
This is my third water purifier that I've tried out. The system works great and love the autofill mechanism. My only wish was that the water tank to be a bit larger so I don't have to fill it up so often. haha.
But I'm overall in love with the design, functionality, and efficiency that I packed this to my recent trip to a hotel with me.
I used to fill my dogs water bowl with my Brita filter. She rarely drank from it and instead drank from the toilet. Now that I fill her bowl with the water from my Sans purifier she no longer drinks from the toilet. And I’m refilling her bowl everyday. Thank you!
For the initial 6-12 months of owning my Sans I liked it. HOWEVER, if your filter makes NOISE much more than a white noise sound machine, then you should contact customer service. My FIRST unit was LOUD and I was willing to deal with it on the occasion that it had to intake water. I thought the noise was normal and then it got where I was constantly having to pull off the reservoir and put it back on to get the unit to intake water. I contacted Sans, they asked for a video and immediately requested a warranty replacement for me and sited the noise, which I thought was normal, my complaint had been about having to constantly adjust the reservoir. My second unit is so quiet that I can hardly hear it functioning and I'm amazed!
I researched a lot of RO filters before choosing this one. I would have loved one that also dispensed cold water, but not having that feature isn't a deal breaker. The hot water feature is wonderful and dispenses at the perfect temperature and just takes an ounce or so of dispensing before it's hot. I required that the pitcher with the unit be glass and it's a lovely, lightweight borosilicate pitcher. Most other units I looked at had plastic pitcher and many dispensed from the bottom, which I did not like.
Overall, Sans is a great choice and they stand behind their products. My only regret is not realizing that the noise level was not normal sooner.
