    One of the best purchases i've made recently. I purchased an additional pitcher and i'm so glad that I did as it's not very large. So far, very, very pleased with my purchase. Hoping the filters last at least a year, I drink a lot of water it seems six hundred gallons won't last long in my household.

    The customer service is outstanding!! I originally purchased the Sans to switch my dogs from filtered water from the refrigerator to cleaner water. Not only do I use it for them but we drink from the Sans also!

    I recently wrote that my tank was leaking and they immediately sent me a replacement (which has been re-designed so they must have discovered the design flaw) and they sent it free of charge! What more can I say!
