I purchased an extra Sans pitcher so I could keep filtered water refrigerated! It’s been great having the additional water for drinking so I can use the other for cooking! Great investment!

I ordered my filter and had a hard time getting used to it. I decided to return it because it wasn't automatically stopped. It overflowed and I was done! I turned to get to my sink to continue cleaning up the mess and I knocked the pitcher into the sink. Needless to say it broken into a million pieces. The rep encouraged me to try again and they would send me a new pitcher. at no cost. Got my new pitcher and now it's the greatest filter I have ever owned.
