I have bad allergies and a histamine disorder. I could tell a difference the very first day! My face, eyes and chest stopped itching! My face stopped turning red. My eyes no longer have a film on them. It’s such a relief! My son with Autism can tell a big difference too and for him to say that a a big deal. He notices everything and is extremely sensitive to change. He doesn’t mind the sound or anything about the Sans. He loves it and now wants to buy a mini for his room! Thank you, Sans!!

I love this little mini so much! I was skeptical, I was worried about the price, I was worried about the actual effectiveness of the unit. No worries! This was bigger than I thought, it works perfectly. Cleans the air and gets rid of smells, the air is crisp and cool. I want to get either another mini or the full size. Thank you!

Most times, the display says my air quality is 03. My allergy symptoms have decreased measurably since using the air cleaner. 10/10 would recommend.
I have two cats and my apartment always had a stale odor. The first day it smelled clean. I’ve had my Sans, large model now for six months. My apartment is about 942 SF. I couldn’t be happier! When I come in from the outside, my apartment smells so fresh you could not tell I have cats. Thank you Sans!!
I’m very happy with the quality of air in my house now using the Sans air cleaner. I’m going to buy two smaller Sans air cleaners.
OK, so this air purifier is great, I think. I mean, who really knows if it’s working? The fan roars and the light goes from blue to amber to ANGRY RED, and then back to blue (eventually) so it’s doing SOMETHING. And it has three (3!) filtering settings - big, teeny, and UV. Are they filtering/disinfecting the air? I hope so! I do know that I’m not sneezing when it’s on or even as congested. So allergens must be being scrubbed, right?
ANYWAY, what I miss the most is having a remote control capability. You know, like on your phone. So you can make adjustments from a distance. And see what the cleaner is up to. As it is, the sleek look with NO buttons, just haptic areas that your fingers brush across to turn on, with a sort of grey on white labeling, make it difficult to see what you’re doing if you’re trying to change a setting in the dim light of a bedroom (or anywhere you have it where there is no direct, bright light).
Suggestion: make the icons for settings a darker color. Like, BLACK. Add some sort of raised, tactile symbol for each button so that we can FEEL what we’re pressing when we want another setting. Like braille-like symbols or something.
Suggestion #2: include a remote (you know, like Dyson does) or at least the ability to have a SANS app where we can control the air filter remotely and from a screen with a LIGHT so we can see what we’re doing.
Otherwise, it looks cool. It’s frickin’ SILENT (except when it’s in Angry Red Mode). I like it.
No more dusting. Noticeably cleaner air.
